Loan Services Australia was established in 2003 and we have quickly become one of Australia’s largest wholesale mortgage managers. We provide mortgage processing and management services to originators and mortgage managers throughout Australia.

Our mission is to set and deliver a new standard in mortgage fulfillment and customer service. We have developed a unique business model based on maximising the use of technology and expertise to provide an unparalleled end-to-end automated mortgage processing and management service

We manage a mortgage portfolio exceeding $1.7 billion with over 16,000 home loan accounts and 18,000 customers. Our passionate and dedicated team of over 70 industry professionals operates from our loan service centre located in the CBD of Parramatta NSW.

We are full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). We adhere to the MFAA and FBAA strict codes of conduct to ensure the highest levels of service, integrity and professionalism.

As a full Member of The Lending Industry XML Initiative (LIXI) we are able to provide better and faster services to our customers at a lower cost. LIXI is a non-profit, independent industry organisation established to utilise new technologies for the removal of barriers to data exchange within the Australian lending industry.

We are also members of the Credit Ombudsman Services. The Credit Ombudsman Service is an ASIC approved External Dispute Resolution Scheme established by Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL). COSL provides consumers with an alternative to legal proceedings for resolving disputes with COSL Members.
